Intraoral
Camera
Want to
see what the dentist sees? With the Intraoral
camera you can! This is a tiny digital camera that
fits comfortably in your mouth and allows Dr.
Farrell to show you an enlarged image on a computer
screen. The tip of the wand (where the camera is
located) is covered with a disposable plastic
sheath that keeps the procedure sterile and
comfortable. This not only allows you to see what
is happening in your mouth, it also documents the
findings by uploading the information to a
computer.

Patient Comfort
Sedation
Dental sedation can be used when a patient suffers from dental anxiety or dental phobia. Depending on the extent of the anxiety or phobia, varying degrees of dental sedation can be utilized, including conscious sedation with sedatives or inhalation nitrous oxide sedation. These sedation techniques enable patients, who might otherwise avoid the dentist, to receive dental treatment necessary for a healthy smile.
Dr. Farrell offers both nitrous oxide and oral sedation as a way of treating his anxious patients more comfortably. Sedation allows more dentistry to be completed in single visit instead of requiring the patient to return again and again. Sedation dentistry may be the answer for you – call Dr. Farrell for your free consultation.
Isolite System
With the innovative Isolite Dryfield Illuminator System, Dr. Farrell reduces your time spent in the dental chair by 20 to 30 percent and increases your level of comfort tremendously. The Isolite System illuminates the inside of your mouth delivering unprecedented visibility, access and moisture control. Not only is the unique mouthpiece soft and flexible which allows comfortable retraction of your cheek, but it also has a rest area for your jaw making the procedure more enjoyable. The system provides continuous suction of debris and oral fluids and eliminates the use of cotton rolls and rubber dams. Dr. Farrell and his staff realize a patient’s comfort is of utmost importance! That is exactly why he uses the Isolite System. Come in and experience the difference!
